From 2 products purchased, home delivery is free in France, European Union and United Kingdom.
Your orders are processed upon receipt of the order confirmation and payment. The shipment takes place the day of the order for any order placed before 12:00 am or the next day for any order placed after 12:00 am.
what happens once my order is validated?
As soon as the package is handed over to the Colissimo carrier, you will receive an email informing you of the shipment of your order, along with the tracking number if applicable. In all cases, and according to the standards in force, our delivery times could not exceed 30 days from the date of confirmation and payment of your order.
delivery in metropolitan France
- 1 product big size : 8,37€ – 1 product small size : 7,59€.
- The delivery is free in Metropolitan France from 2 products purchased.
- The delivery time is generally between 1 and 2 working days.
In case of absence at the time of delivery, the deliveryman leaves a notice of passage to inform you of the situation of the parcel. The package can be:
- Dropped off at the nearest relay point
- Re-delivered the next day at the indicated time slot
You can also choose to have your order delivered to your workplace, clearly indicating the name of the company in your delivery address.
International delivery
- We offer delivery to over 50 countries! The deadlines are those communicated by the Colissimo International service.
- For European Union countries and the United Kingdom, delivery is free for orders of 2 or more products.
- For other destinations or quantities, please refer to the shipping cost calculator, available on the shopping cart page.
- For countries outside the European Union, delivery is made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The recipient will then have to pay to the carrier the import or local taxes related to his order according to the regulations of his country. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
